Mount Carmel arranged a range of activities and resources for pupils from all year groups to get involved in during National Careers Week.

Virtual Careers Fair: this was a government sponsored Careers Fair with lots of virtual resources for pupils to view, including videos, quizzes and games.

Careers fortune tellers: Year 7 and Year 8 pupils received these in their form groups with the intention to encourage peer-to-peer discussions about their future careers, they included a range of starter questions.

Home School Career Conversations: pupils received a sheet with sections for themselves and their parents to complete so they could use this to discuss and support their child's career pathway.

Green Buzz: this was a careers quiz focused on environmental based careers.

Job Journey app competition: pupils in teams of 3 or 4 designed an app to help primary school pupils start to think about their career journey.

Thank you to Mr Barratt, Mount Carmel Raising Aspirations Co-ordinator who arranged these resources to be available for our pupils.
