Congratulations to Year 11 pupil Eli J. who was part of the winning England Pool team becoming EBA Nations Cup 2025 winners! 

In the semi finals of the team event, England B team (Eli’s team) won in a neck and neck game against Scotland B. 

In the finals England B faced England B1 after previously losing 13-12 in the group stages. Eli’s B Team fought on to achieve a result of 13-7 with Eli potting the winning ball for the team. 

In the singles events he got to the quarter finals losing to the eventual runner up of the event in the u18’s category.

Eli finished an amazing 3rd out of 58 in the statistics in the u18’s category, with a 74% win rate - he played 38 games winning 28 of them! He also finished first in his team in term of stats. 

Eli’s manager kindly gave him the team trophy due to his amazing effort and performance throughout the week.
